Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

Here is a recipe for an easy, healthy, and delicious blueberry smoothie. Made with all healthy and local ingredients, its a great breakfast, or snack for any day of the week. It tastes almost as good as it looks!


What you'll need:
1 cup of blueberries (organic preferred)
1 container of greek yogurt
1 tbs honey (always choose local if possible)
 Crushed ice
1/2 cup of liquid (I use coconut water but you can also use fat-free milk or regular water)
lemon balm leaves or mint leaves for garnish


What to do:
Put greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey in a blender and blend.
Add your liquid and blend more.
Finally, add your crushed ice until desired thickness.
Pour, garnish, and enjoy!
