Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal for One
1/4 cup of oats (quick oats or old fashion, whatever you choose)
dash of salt
1/2 cup of milk of your choice (I used Orginial Almond)
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbs of peanut butter
Optional sweetener
sprinkle of cinnamon
Boil milk and salt in a saucepan. Add Oats and cook until milk is absorbed.
In another bowl mash up banana and peanut butter until combined.
Add peanut butter mixture to oatmeal and stir until combined with oatmeal.
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or sugar if you prefer sweeter breakfast.
