Avocado Toast Remix

Remember the post I had about my favorite breakfast Avocado toast?
Well, here is the remix!

Its another healthier breakfast idea, but with a little extra protein!
Its essentially the same recipe, toast, with avocado salt and pepper except this time you are adding a sunny side up egg on top. Now, if you use butter to fry your egg, this meal could go from healthy to fattening really quick. So what I like to do is take a little olive oil and put it on a paper towel and rub your pan with it. That way your getting some of the oil on the pan so the egg wont stick, but none of the extra calories that are necessary.
Once your egg is done to your liking, add it to the top of the avocado toast and you have yourself a healthy, protein packed breakfast that is under 250 calories!
