Sausage and Peppers Sambo

The best way I have found to cook sausage and peppers is on the grill!
The peppers and onions don't shrivel up, all the flavors blend together, and it is quick and easy clean up! Also, I like to add little sliced potatoes to my sausage and peppers becuase it adds such good flavor! Put it all on a fresh roll, and delish :)

I cook the sliced potatoes in a 425 degree oven with olive oil salt and pepper til tender.
The onions and peppers I cooked on the grill in a little foil pouch.
And the sausage I cook on the grill whole until brown and then slice in half face down to get the inside cooked and more grill marks.
