homeade fried brown rice


Healthier Fried Brown Rice
2 cups of brown rice
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs canola oil
chopped scallions
2 eggs
1 clove of garlic
1/2 sweet onion chopped

 Cook two cups of brown rice and keep on stove.
Start sauteing chopped onion, garlic, and 1/2 scallions in a pan with 1 tbs of sesame oil.
In a second pan, scramble two eggs and take out the veggies and egg and set aide.
Add rice to a large pan with 1 tbs of seasame oil, 1 tbs of canola oil and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add 2 tbs of soy sauce and saute for another 3 minutes.
Add veggies and egg and toss together, sauteing for another minute.
Transfer to a bowl and add remaining scallions for garnish
and enjoy!
